The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co., Ltd. (Saha Thai), and 26 non-examined companies, made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2019, through February 29, 2020. We further preliminarily determine that Blue Pipe Steel Center (Blue Pipe) and K Line Logistics (Thailand) Ltd. (K-Line) had no shipments during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
