Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) has received requests to conduct administrative reviews of various antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders and findings with October anniversary dates. In accordance with Commerce's regulations, we are initiating those administrative reviews.
Certain Steel Racks From the People's Republic of China: Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain steel racks (steel racks) from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period December 3, 2018, through December 31, 2019, based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review.
Certain Cold-Drawn Mechanical Tubing of Carbon and Alloy Steel From Switzerland: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review: 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel (cold-drawn mechanical tubing) from Switzerland for the period of review June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020, based on timely withdrawals of the requests for review.
