Fine Denier Polyester Staple Fiber From the Republic of India: Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Reliance Industries Limited (Reliance), a producer/exporter of fine denier polyester staple fiber (PSF) from the Republic of India (India) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) November 6, 2017 through December 31, 2018. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-To-Length Plate From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Intent To Rescind Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Jiangsu Tiangong Tools Company LTD (TG Tools) did not make a bona fide sale of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from the People's Republic of China (China) during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2018 through February 28, 2019. Therefore, Commerce preliminarily intends to rescind this administrative review. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary rescission of review.
