On December 20, 2018, the United States Court of International Trade (Court) issued a final judgment in Prosperity Tieh Enterprise Co., Ltd. et al. v. United States, Consol. Court No. 16-00138; Slip Op. 18-175 (CIT Dec. 20, 2018), sustaining the Department of Commerce's (Commerce) remand results for the final determination of the antidumping investigation of certain corrosion-resistant steel products (CORE) from Taiwan, covering the period of investigation (POI) April 1, 2014, through March 31, 2015. Commerce is notifying the public that the Court has made a final judgment that is not in harmony with Commerce's amended final determination of the antidumping investigation, and that Commerce is amending the final determination.

Commerce is notifying the public that the Court has made a final judgment that is not in harmony with Commerce's final results of the administrative review, and that Commerce is amending the final results with respect to certain exporters identified herein.

Welded Line Pipe From the Republic of Turkey: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Final Determination in the Less Than Fair Value Investigation and Notice of Amended Final Determination and Amended Antidumping Duty Order
On December 19, 2018, the United States Court of International Trade (CIT or the Court) entered final judgment sustaining the final results of the second remand redetermination pertaining to the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of welded line pipe (WLP) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey). On January 30, 2019, the United States Court of International Trade (the CIT) entered final judgment sustaining the Department of Commerce's (Commerce) second remand results pertaining to the fifteenth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from the People's Republic of China (China) for Shenzhen Xinboda Industrial Co., Ltd. (Xinboda). Commerce is notifying the public that the final judgment in this case is not in harmony with the final results and partial rescission of the fifteenth antidumping duty administrative review, and that Commerce has amended the dumping margin found for Xinboda.

Truck and Bus Tires From the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Determination and Countervailing Duty Order
On November 1, 2018, the Court of International Trade (CIT) remanded the International Trade Commission's (ITC) negative injury determination on truck and bus tires from the People's Republic of China (China). On January 30, 2019, the ITC filed its remand determination, finding material injury to an industry in the United States by reason of imports of truck and bus tires from China. Based on affirmative final determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the ITC, Commerce is issuing a countervailing duty order on truck and bus tires from the China. In addition, Commerce is amending its final determination to correct ministerial errors. Therefore, Commerce will direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to suspend liquidation and collect cash deposits on entries of truck and bus tires from China at the ad valorem rates listed below.
