Welded ASTM A-312 Stainless Steel Pipe From South Korea and Taiwan: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders
The Department of the Commerce (the Department) and the International Trade Commission (the ITC) have determined that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain welded stainless steel pipe from South Korea and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States. Therefore, the Department is publishing a notice of continuation for these AD orders.

Stainless Steel Bar From Spain: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2015-2016
On March 3, 2017, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel bar (SSB) from Spain. The period of review (POR) is March 1, 2015, through February 29, 2016. The review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, Gerdau Aceros Especiales Europa, S.L. (Gerdau).
Certain Hardwood Plywood Products From the People's Republic of China: Postponement of Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value Investigation
The Department of Commerce (the Department) is postponing the deadline for issuing the final determination in the less-than-fair- value (LTFV) investigation of certain hardwood plywood products (hardwood plywood) from the People's Republic of China (PRC) until November 6, 2017, and is extending the provisional measures from a four-month period to a period of not more than six months.
