The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on drill pipe from the People's Republic of China (PRC). The period of review (POR) is March 3, 2011, through December 31, 2011. We preliminary determine that Shanxi Yida Special Steel Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. and its cross-owned affiliates received countervailable subsidies during the POR.
