Certain Steel Nails From the People's Republic of China; Final Results of Third Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2010-2011
The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published its Preliminary Results of the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') on September 4, 2012.\1\ The period of review (``POR'') is August 1, 2010, through July 31, 2011. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results. Based upon our analysis of the comments and information received, we made changes to the margin calculations for these final results. The final dumping margins are listed below in the ``Final Results of the Review'' section of this notice.
Certain Activated Carbon From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') and the International Trade Commission (``ITC'') that revocation of the antidumping duty order on certain activated carbon from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, the Department is publishing a notice of continuation of the antidumping duty order.
