Aluminum Extrusions From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Changed Circumstances Review
On December 27, 2011, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published in the Federal Register a notice of initiation of a changed circumstances review (``CCR'') of the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') in order to determine whether Guangdong Zhongya Aluminum Company Limited (``Guangdong Zhongya'') is the successor-in-interest to Zhaoqing New Zhongya Aluminum Co., Ltd. (``New Zhongya''). We have preliminarily determined that Guangdong Zhongya is the successor-in- interest to New Zhongya for the purpose of determining antidumping duty liability. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Folding Metal Tables and Chairs From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
The Department of Commerce (``Department'') published its Preliminary Results of administrative review of the antidumping duty order on folding metal tables and chairs from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') on March 7, 2012.\1\ The period of review (``POR'') is June 1, 2010, through May 31, 2011. We invited interested parties to comment on our Preliminary Results. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made changes to our margin calculations. Therefore, the final results differ from the preliminary results. The final dumping margin for this review is listed in the ``Final Results of Review'' section below.
