Hand Trucks and Certain Parts Thereof from the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Rescission in Part
The Department of Commerce (the Department) is currently conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on hand trucks and certain parts thereof (hand trucks) from the People's Republic of China (PRC) covering the period December 1, 2007, through November 30, 2008. We preliminarily determine that sales made by Since Hardware (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (Since Hardware) were made below normal value (NV). We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results. In addition, we are also rescinding this administrative review with respect to New-Tec Integration (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. (New-Tec).
Export Trade Certificate Of Review
The U.S. Department of Commerce issued an amended Export Trade Certificate of Review to Wood Machinery Manufacturers of America (``WMMA'') on December 24, 2009. The Certificate has been amended ten times. The previous amendment was issued to WMMA on July 9, 2008, and published in the Federal Register July 17, 2008 (73 FR 41032). The original Export Trade Certificate of Review No. 88-00016 was issued to WMMA on February 3, 1989, and published in the Federal Register on February 9, 1989 (54 FR 6312).
First Administrative Review of Certain Polyester Staple Fiber From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
On July 7, 2009, the Department of Commerce (``Department'') published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the first administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain polyester staple fiber (``PSF'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC''). Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products From India: Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review
The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India for the period of review (POR) January 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008. These preliminary results cover one company Tata Steel Limited (Tata). For the information on the net subsidy rate for the reviewed company, see the ``Preliminary Results of Review'' section.
