Notice of Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review: Certain Small Diameter Carbon and Alloy Seamless Standard, Line, and Pressure Pipe from Romania
On February 11, 2005, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of certain small diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe (seamless pipe) from Romania for the period August 1, 2002, through July 31, 2003. We are amending our final results to correct a ministerial error alleged by United States Steel Corporation (U.S. Steel) (domestic interested party) pursuant to section 751(h) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews and Requests for Revocation in Part
The Department of Commerce (the Department) has received requests to conduct administrative review of various antidumping and countervailing duty orders and findings with February anniversary dates. In accordance with the Department's regulations, we are initiating those administrative reviews. The Department of Commerce also received requests to revoke two antidumping duty orders and three countervailing duty orders in part.
