Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip in Coils From Taiwan: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2021-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that the producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022. Additionally, Commerce determines that four companies for which we initiated a review had no shipments during the POR.
Circular Welded Carbon-Quality Steel Pipe From the United Arab Emirates: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers/exporters of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe (CWP) from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), December 1, 2021, through November 30, 2022. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

National Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee; Law Enforcement Subcommittee
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) announces that the National Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee Law Enforcement Subcommittee (NAIAC-LE or Subcommittee) will hold an open meeting in-person and via web conference on January 19, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. eastern time. The primary purpose of this meeting is for the Subcommittee Members to report the working group's findings, identify actionable recommendations and discuss updates on goals and deliverables. Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Summer Flounder Fishery; Quota Transfer From North Carolina to Connecticut
NMFS announces that the State of North Carolina is transferring a portion of its 2023 commercial summer flounder quota to the State of Connecticut. This adjustment to the 2023 fishing year quota is necessary to comply with the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan (FMP) quota transfer provisions. This announcement informs the public of the revised 2023 commercial quotas for North Carolina and Connecticut.
