Certain Pasta from Italy: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2021
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to certain producers and exporters of certain pasta (pasta) from Italy during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding the review with respect to two companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

The Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on proposed, and continuing information collections, which helps us assess the impact of our information collection requirements and minimize the public's reporting burden. The purpose of this notice is to allow for 60 days of public comment on the proposed extension of the Manufacturers' Shipments, Inventories, and Orders (M3) Survey prior to the submission of the information collection request (ICR) to OMB for approval.

The United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (ITA), is organizing an Executive-Led Cybersecurity Business Development Mission to Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan on September 18-26, 2023. This notice is to update the prior Federal Register notice to reflect that the application deadline is now extended to July 21, 2023 and the proposed timetable has been updated to include additional events.
