NMFS, on behalf of the Secretary of Commerce, is seeking nominations for the advisory committee established under the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Convention Implementation Act. The Permanent Advisory Committee, composed of individuals from groups concerned with the fisheries covered by the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Convention (Convention), provides recommendations to the U.S. Commissioners to the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (Commission) regarding the deliberations and decisions of the Commission.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain quartz surface products (QSP) from India was sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), December 13, 2019, through May 31, 2021.

The United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (ITA), is announcing one upcoming trade mission that will be recruited, organized, and implemented by ITA. This mission is: Executive-led Business Development Trade Mission to Kenya with optional (Gold Key) stop in Tanzania, March 28-30, 2023. A summary of the mission is found below.
