The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that passenger vehicle and light truck (PVLT) tires from the Taiwan are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) has received requests to conduct administrative reviews of various antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders and findings with November anniversary dates. That notice invited public comments on the proposed, and continuing information collection request for OMB Control Number 0694-0024, Form Number: CD-545. Through the publication of this document, we are withdrawing the request for approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect this information collection.
