The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that the sole producer/exporter subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV). Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Laminated Woven Sacks From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review and Intent To Rescind, in Part; 2018
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Shandong Shouguang Jianyuan Chun Co., Ltd. (Shouguang) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review, January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. In addition, we intend to rescind this review with respect to the 18 companies listed in Appendix II of this notice. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Citric Acid and Certain Citrate Salts From Canada: Final Results of Sunset Review and Revocation of Order
On May 1, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated the second sunset review of the antidumping duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada. Because the domestic interested parties withdrew their intent to participate in this sunset review, Commerce is revoking this antidumping duty order.
