SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On August 2, 2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Sacks CVD Order 1 for the period of review (POR) January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.2 On August 30, 2019, Commerce received a timely request for an administrative review of the Sacks CVD Order from the Laminated Woven Sacks Fair Trade Coalition and its individual members, Polytex Fibers Corporation and ProAmpac Holdings Inc.
