On October 4, 2018, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on hydrofluorocarbon blends (HFCs) from the People's Republic of China (China) for 13 companies. Based on timely withdrawal of requests for review, we are now rescinding this administrative review with respect to 12 of these companies.

On March 6, 2019, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published its Preliminary Results for the February 1, 2017, through January 31, 2018, administrative review of the antidumping duty order on Certain Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Products (solar products) from the People's Republic of China (China). Although invited to do so, interested parties did not comment on our Preliminary Results. We have adopted the Preliminary Results as the final results.
