(Sungold) have not demonstrated their eligibility for a separate rate during the period of review (POR) February 1, 2017 through January 31, 2018.
Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With Final Results of Administrative Review
On February 19, 2019, the United States Court of International Trade (CIT or Court) issued its final judgment, sustaining the Department of Commerce's (Commerce's) final remand results pertaining to the tenth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) covering the period of review (POR) of February 1, 2014, through January 31, 2015. Commerce is notifying the public that the final judgment in this case is not in harmony with the final results of the tenth administrative review, and that Commerce is amending the final results with respect to the surrogate value used to value frozen shrimp in the administrative review, which results in amended antidumping duties.

Census Scientific Advisory Committee Public Meeting
The Bureau of the Census (Census Bureau) is giving notice of a meeting of the Census Scientific Advisory Committee (CSAC). The Committee will address policy, research, and technical issues relating to a full range of Census Bureau programs and activities, including communications, decennial, demographic, economic, field operations, geographic, information technology, and statistics. The CSAC will meet in a plenary session on March 28-29, 2019. Last minute changes to the schedule are possible, which could prevent giving advance public notice of schedule adjustments. National Estuarine Research Reserve System
Notice is hereby given that the Office for Coastal Management, National Ocean Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce is announcing a thirty-day public comment period for the Hudson River National Estuarine Research Reserve Management Plan revision. The revision of the existing management plan is necessitated by the applicable requirements of the National Estuarine Research Reserve System. The Hudson River Reserve revised plan will replace the plan approved in 2009.
