Certain Magnesia Carbon Bricks From the People's Republic of China: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2013-2014
The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on Certain Magnesia Carbon bricks from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') for the period of September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014.
Carbon and Certain Alloy Steel Wire Rod From Mexico: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2012-2013
On November 7, 2014, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from Mexico. The period of review (POR) is October 1, 2012, through September 30, 2013, and the review covers one producer/exporter of subject merchandise, Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we made certain changes in the margin calculations. The final results, consequently, differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margins for the reviewed producer/exporter is listed below in the section entitled ``Final Results of Review.''

Public Availability of Department of Commerce FY2014 Service Contract Inventory
In accordance with Section 743 of Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-117), the Department of Commerce is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 Service Contract Inventory, a report that analyzes the Department's FY 2013 Service Contract Inventory and an inventory supplement that identifies the amount invoiced and direct labor hours for covered service contract actions. The service contract inventory provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 made in FY 2014. The information is organized by function to show how contracted resources are distributed throughout the agency. The inventory has been developed in accordance with guidance on service contract inventories issued on November 5, 2010 by the Office of Management and Budget's Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP).
