The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates (chlorinated isos) from Spain.\1\ The period of review (POR) is June 1, 2012, through May 31, 2013. The review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, Ercros S.A. We preliminarily determine that Ercros S.A. had no shipments of subject merchandise during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

The Department of Commerce (the Department) received a timely request for a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from the People's Republic of China (PRC) from Dezhou Kaihang Agricultural Science Technology Co., Ltd. (Dezhou Kaihang). The Department determined that the request meets the statutory and regulatory requirements for initiation. As a consequence, in accordance with section 751(a)(2)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.214(d)(1), the Department is initiating an antidumping duty new shipper review of Dezhou Kaihang. The period of review (POR) of this new shipper review is February 1, 2013, through February 28, 2014, as explained further in the ``Period of Review'' section below.

The Science Advisory Board (SAB) was established by a Decision Memorandum dated September 25, 1997, and is the only Federal Advisory Committee with responsibility to advise the Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere on strategies for research, education, and application of science to operations and information services. SAB activities and advice provide necessary input to ensure that National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) science programs are of the highest quality and provide optimal support to resource management. Time and Date: The meeting will be held Tuesday, April 15, 2014, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:20 p.m. EDT and Wednesday, April 16, 2014, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EDT. Corrosion-Resistant Carbon Steel Flat Products From the Republic of Korea: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2011-2012

In response to requests from interested parties, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products (CORE) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). The period of review (POR) is August 1, 2011, through February 14, 2012,1 2 and covers Dongbu Steel Co., Ltd., (Dongbu), and Hyundai HYSCO (HYSCO), and five non-examined companies.\3\ We determine that Dongbu sold subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the POR. We determine that HYSCO did not sell subject merchandise at less than NV during the POR.

Therefore, the Department is publishing this notice of continuation of the AD order.
