Advisory Committee on Earthquake Hazards Reduction Meeting
The Advisory Committee on Earthquake Hazards Reduction (ACEHR or Committee), will hold a meeting via teleconference on Friday, April 27, 2012 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Time. The primary purpose of this meeting is to review the Committee's draft annual report to the NIST Director. Any draft meeting materials will be posted on the NEHRP Web site at https://nehrp.gov/. Interested members of the public will be able to participate in the meeting from remote locations by calling into a central phone number.
Export Trade Certificate of Review
The U.S. Department of Commerce issued an amended Export Trade Certificate of Review to the Association for the Administration of Rice Quotas, Inc., (``AARQ'') on December 16, 2011. The previous amendment was issued to AARQ on March 11, 2010 and published in the Federal Register on March 26, 2010 (75 FR 14567). This is the eleventh amendment to the Certificate. The Association for the Administration of Rice Quotas, Inc. (``AARQ'') original Certificate was issued on January 21, 1998 (63 FR 31738, June 10, 1998).

Spectrum Sharing Innovation Test-Bed Pilot Program
This notice describes and seeks comment on the types and depth of testing that the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) intends to conduct in Phase II/III of the Spectrum Sharing Innovation Test-Bed pilot program to assess whether devices employing Dynamic Spectrum Access techniques can share the frequency spectrum with land mobile radio systems.
