Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Marine Geophysical Survey in the Central-Western Bering Sea, August 2011
In accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) regulation, notification is hereby given that NMFS has issued an Incidental Harassment Authorization (IHA) to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) to take marine mammals, by Level B harassment, incidental to conducting a marine geophysical survey in the central-western Bering Sea, August 2011.
Endangered and Threatened Species; Take of Anadromous Fish
Notice is hereby given that NMFS has received two Tribal Resource Management Plans (TRMPs), one from the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes (SBT) and one from the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR), and two Fishery Management and Evaluation Plans (FMEPs) from the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW), for fishery management in the Snake River Basin in Northeast Oregon. The TRMPs are provided pursuant to the Tribal 4(d) Rule; the ODFW FMEPs are submitted for approval under Limit 4 of the 4(d) Rule for Pacific salmon and steelhead. This document serves to notify the public of the availability for comment of the proposed evaluation of the Secretary of Commerce (Secretary) as to how the TRMPs address the criteria in the ESA, and the availability of the state FMEPs for public comment. NMFS also announces the availability of a draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for the pending determinations.

Continuation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders: Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip in Coils From Japan, Korea, and Taiwan
As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (the ``Department'') that revocation of the antidumping duty (``AD'') orders on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, that revocation of the countervailing duty (``CVD'') order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Korea would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of a countervailable subsidy, and the determinations by the International Trade Commission (the ``ITC'') that revocation of these AD and CVD orders would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States, the Department is publishing this notice of the continuation of these AD orders and CVD order.
Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Extension of Time Limit for Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
The Department of Commerce (``Department'') is extending the time limit for the final results of the administrative review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp (``shrimp'') from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (``Vietnam''). The review covers the period February 1, 2009, through January 31, 2010.
Wooden Bedroom Furniture From the People's Republic of China: Final Results and Final Rescission in Part
On February 10, 2011, the Department of Commerce (Department) published in the Federal Register its preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture (WBF) from the People's Republic of China (PRC), covering the period January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.\1\ We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results. After reviewing the interested parties' comments, we made changes to our calculations for these final results of the review. The final dumping margins for this review are listed in the ``Final Results of the Review'' section below.
