Western Pacific Fishery Management Council; Public Meetings
The Western Pacific Fisheries Management Council (Council) will convene public informational scoping meetings in Guam and CNMI to solicit comments on the management of the bottomfish fishery within the EEZ of the Mariana Islands. The scope meeting will, among other things, describe the existing federal management regime for bottomfish species, examine the current performance of the fishery and consider the need for potential regulatory changes.
Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products From India: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review
On January 11, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register its preliminary results of the administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products (hot-rolled carbon steel) from India for the period of review (POR) January 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008. We preliminarily found that Tata Steel Limited (Tata) received countervailable subsidies during the POR. We received comments on our Preliminary Results from the Government of India (GOI), petitioners, and the respondent company, Tata.\1\ The final results are listed in the section ``Final Results of Review'' below.
