NMFS is prohibiting directed fishing for Pacific ocean perch by catcher/processors participating in the rockfish limited access fishery in the Central Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska (GOA). This action is necessary to prevent exceeding the 2010 total allowable catch (TAC) of Pacific ocean perch allocated to catcher/processors participating in the rockfish limited access fishery in the Central Regulatory Area of the GOA.
Fisheries of the Exclusive Economic Zone Off Alaska; Northern Rockfish for Catcher/Processors Participating in the Rockfish Limited Access Fishery in the Central Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska
NMFS is prohibiting directed fishing for northern rockfish by catcher/processors participating in the rockfish limited access fishery in the Central Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska (GOA). This action is necessary to prevent exceeding the 2010 total allowable catch (TAC) of northern rockfish allocated to catcher/processors participating in the rockfish limited access fishery in the Central Regulatory Area of the GOA.
Revocation of Antidumping Duty Order on Sorbitol From France
On July 1, 2009, the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated the sunset review of the antidumping duty order on sorbitol from France. See Initiation of Five-year (``Sunset'') Review, 74 FR 31412 (July 1, 2009). Pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), the U.S. International Trade Commission (the Commission) determined that revocation of the existing antidumping duty order on sorbitol from France would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time. Therefore, pursuant to section 751(d)(2) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.222(i)(1)(iii), the Department is revoking the antidumping duty order on sorbitol from France.

Availability of Seats for the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council
The ONMS is seeking applications for the following vacant seat on the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council: Conservation primary. Applicants are chosen based upon their particular expertise and experience in relation to the seat for which they are applying; community and professional affiliations; philosophy regarding the protection and management of marine resources; and possibly the length of residence in the area affected by the sanctuary. Applicants who are chosen should expect to serve until February 2013.
