Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products from the Netherlands; Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; Extension of Time Limit
The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the time limit for the final results of the 2004-2005 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from the Netherlands. This review covers one manufacturer/ exporter of the subject merchandise to the United States and the period November 1, 2004, through October 31, 2005.
Freshwater Crawfish Tail Meat From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Postponement of Time Limits for New Shipper Antidumping Duty Reviews in Conjunction With Administrative Review
Pursuant to 19 CFR 351.214(j)(3), four requesting parties have agreed to waive the time limits for their new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from the People's Republic of China (``PRC''). Therefore, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') will conduct these new shipper reviews concurrently with the administrative review covering the same order and period.

Availability of Seats for the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council
The Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary (TBNMS or sanctuary) is seeking applicants for the following vacant seats on its Sanctuary Advisory Council (council): Business/Economic Development, Citizen-at- Large alternate, and Education alternate. Applicants are chosen based upon their particular expertise and experience in relation to the seat for which they are applying; community and professional affiliations; philosophy regarding the protection and management of marine resources; and possibly the length of residence in the area affected by the sanctuary. Applicants who are chosen as members should expect to serve 3-year terms, pursuant to the council's Charter.
