Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Northeast (NE) Multispecies Fishery; Framework Adjustment 40-B (FW 40B)
NMFS proposes regulations to implement measures in FW 40B to the NE Multispecies Fishery Management Plan (FMP). In addition, this action includes measures that would increase the information available to assess groundfish bycatch in the herring fishery.
