Rural Utilities Service September 2016 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

This document contains a correction to 7 CFR part 1940, subpart L, ``Methodology and Formulas for Allocation of Loan and Grant Program Funds'' to provide reference to the Rural Business Development Program, which replaced the Rural Business Enterprise Grant program and the Rural Business Opportunity Grant program.

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS), an agency of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register of June 9, 2016 (81 FR 37121). The document confirmed the interim rule which amends the Agency's regulation for the Rural Broadband Access Loan and Loan Guarantee Program (Broadband Loan Program).
