WTO Agricultural Quantity-Based Safeguard Trigger Levels
This notice lists the updated quantity-based trigger levels for products which may be subject to additional import duties under the safeguard provisions of the WTO Agreement on Agriculture. This notice also includes the relevant period applicable for the trigger levels on each of the listed products.
Pima Agricultural Cotton Trust Fund
The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) announces that it will accept claims from eligible individuals or firms regarding distributions from the Pima Agriculture Cotton Trust Fund (Trust Fund) authorized under Section 12314 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (Pub. L. 113-79) (the Act). FAS is also requesting comment on the burden of collecting this information.
