In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) is soliciting public comment on a proposed information collection. The proposed collection is a revision of a collection currently approved under OMB No. 0584-0025, Civil Rights Title VI Collection ReportsForms FNS-191 and FNS-101, for the Commodity Supplemental Food Program, the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations, and the Food Stamp Program.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Proposed Collection; Comment Request-Monitoring Trends in the Public Health Workforce Survey
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) is publishing for public comment a summary of a proposed information collection. FNS wishes to monitor trends in education and training, work experience, areas of practice, and training needs of the public health and community nutrition workforce at the State and local government levels. A descriptive profile will assist FNS to determine the extent to which the current and future workforce has the necessary training to administer the WIC Program, for which FNS is responsible.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request-School Lunch and Breakfast Cost Study-II
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on the proposed collection of data for the School Lunch and Breakfast Cost Study-II in order to assess the adequacy of the Federal meal reimbursement rates.
