Walnuts Grown in California; Decreased Assessment Rate
This proposed rule would implement a recommendation from the California Walnut Board (Board) to decrease the assessment rate established for the 2023-2024 and subsequent marketing years. The proposed assessment rate would remain in effect indefinitely unless modified, suspended, or terminated.
Notice of Request for Extension and Revision of a Currently Approved Information Collection
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces the Agricultural Marketing Service's (AMS) intention to request approval, from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), for an extension of and revision to the currently approved information collection for report forms under the Federal milk marketing order program.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, ERS is proposing a new information collection to study farmers' practices and participation in cover crops, ``Corn and Soybean Grower Survey.''
