Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the Department of Agriculture (``USDA''), National Institute of Food and Agriculture (``NIFA'') is revising one Privacy Act system of records titled, ''Veterinary Medicine Loan Repayment Program Records System, USDA/NIFA- 1'' published on 12/13/2010 to update the system location, categories of records, authorities, purposes, routine uses, and record sources.
Distance Learning and Telemedicine Grant Program
The Rural Utilities Service (RUS), a Rural Development agency of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), hereinafter referred to as RUS or the Agency, is confirming the final rule published in the Federal Register on November 27, 2017, which amends its regulation for the Distance Learning and Telemedicine Grant Program.
