App.), the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is announcing an upcoming meeting of the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB). Written public comments are invited in advance of the meeting, and the meeting will include scheduled time for oral comments from the public.

The Ketchikan Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in Ketchikan, Alaska. The RAC is authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (the Act) (Pub. L. 110-343) and operates in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C. App. 2). The purpose of the RAC is to improve collaborative relationships and to provide advice and recommendations to the Forest Service concerning projects and funding consistent with Title II of the Act. The meeting is open to the public. Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), the Office of Advocacy and Outreach (OAO) is announcing a meeting of the Beginning Farmers and Ranchers Advisory Committee (Committee). The Committee is being convened to consider issues involving communications, service, and advocacy in identifying barriers for beginning farmers and ranchers. They will also consider issues around lending and credit in parsing statistics generated by USDA. Finally, the members will be drafting agency program-specific recommendations.
