Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request-Information Collection for Determining Eligibility for Free and Reduced Price Meals
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on a proposed information collection for determining eligibility for free and reduced price meals and free milk in schools. 7 CFR part 245 contains information on Federal requirements regarding the determination and verification of eligibility for free and reduced price meals. The current approval for the information collection burden associated with 7 CFR part 245, OMB Number 0584-0026, expires on March 31, 2013. This proposed collection is a revision of the currently approved collection.
Pike & San Isabel Resource Advisory Committee
The Pike & San Isabel Resource Advisory Committee will meet in Pueblo, Colorado. The committee is meeting as authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (Pub. L 110- 343) and in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The purpose of the meeting is to determine the project evaluation process and discuss proposals.
Flathead National Forest-Swan Lake Ranger District, Montana; Wild Cramer Forest Health and Fuels Reduction Project
The Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Wild Cramer Forest Health and Fuels Reduction Project to harvest timber, reduce hazardous forest fuels, prescribe burn, and reconstruct and construct permanent roads within the project area. The project area is approximately 10 miles southwest of Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana. The project area consists of a total of 30,727 acres, encompasses the Blacktail Mountain Ski Area and contains the following drainages: Wild Bill, Truman, Emmons, Patrick, Cramer, Bierney, and Stoner Creeks. The location of the project area is Township 26 and 27 North, and Range 21, 21\1/2\, and 22 West.
Nevada and Placer Counties Resource Advisory Committee
The Nevada and Placer Counties Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in Auburn, California. The committee is meeting as authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self- Determination Act (Pub. L. 110-343) and in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss projects submitted for funding and the expenditure of Title II funds benefiting National Forest System lands in Nevada and Placer Counties.
