Notice of Request for Extension of a Currently Approved Information Collection
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces the Rural Housing Service's (RHS) intention to request an extension for a currently approved information collection to measure Rural Development implementation of and compliance with the Equal Treatment Rule (7 CFR part 16) and Executive Order (EO) 13279 Equal Protection of the Laws for Faith-Based and Community Organizations.
Saguache County Resource Advisory Committee
The Saguache County Resource Advisory Committee will meet in Moffat, Colorado. The committee is meeting as authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (Pub. L. 110- 343) and in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The purpose is to hold the first meeting of the newly formed committee.
Information Collection; General Program Administration
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Farm Service (FSA) is requesting comments from individuals and organizations on an extension with revision of a currently approved information collection that supports Farm Loan Programs (FLP) for the General Program Administration.
