Madera County Resource Advisory Committee
Pursuant to the authorities in the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (Pub. L. 92-463) and under the secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 (Pub. L. 106-393) the Sierra National Forest's Resource Advisory Committee for Madera County will meet on Monday, May 16th, 2005. The Madera Resource Advisory Committee will meet at the Bass Lake Ranger District Office, North Fork, CA 93643. The purpose of the meeting is: review the goals for FY 2005 RAC proposals and draft public announcement for a call for project proposals on the Sierra National Forest.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request-National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program: School Food Safety Inspections
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public to comment on proposed information collection related to the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), including adjustments to be made as a result of the interim rule, School Food Safety Inspections.
Rules of Practice for Certain Adjudicatory Proceedings Under the Animal Welfare Act Regulations
We are amending the administrative regulations of the Office of the Secretary of Agriculture to provide that the rules of practice contained in those regulations shall be applicable to all adjudicatory proceedings under the license denial and termination provisions of the Animal Welfare Act (AWA) regulations. The AWA regulations provide that a person whose license application has been denied or whose license has been terminated may request a hearing in accordance with the applicable rules of practice for the purpose of showing why the application for license should not be denied or the license should not be terminated. This final rule is necessary to clarify the rules of practice that will apply to such hearings.
Request for Extension and Revision of a Currently Approved Information Collection; Emergency Conservation Program
