Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board August 22, 2022 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB) proposes to establish a new system of records titled ``DNFSB10, Reasonable Accommodation Records.'' This system of records will include information that DNFSB collects and maintains records on applicants for employment, and employees who request and/or receive reasonable accommodations from DNFSB for medical or religious reasons.
