The Commission publishes in the Federal Register any settlement that it provisionally accepts under the Consumer Product Safety Act. Published below is a provisionally accepted Settlement Agreement with The TJX Companies, Inc., containing a civil penalty in the amount of $13 million, subject to the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.
