The National Maritime Security Advisory Committee (Committee) will meet via teleconference, to review and discuss the Coast Guard's efforts to develop the Maritime Cyber Risk Analysis Model and updates to the Navigation and Vessel Inspection Circular 03-03. This teleconference will be open to the public.

The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a temporary special local regulation for all navigable waters of the Ohio River from mile marker (MM) 754 .0 to MM 759.0. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Owensboro, KY, during a high speed boat race on August 14, 2020 through August 16, 2020. This proposed rulemaking would prohibit persons and vessels from being in the regulated area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Ohio Valley or a designated representative. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters located at Leonardtown, MD, during a high-speed power boat demonstration event on August 1, 2020, and August 2, 2020. This proposed rulemaking would prohibit persons and vessels from being in the regulated area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Maryland-National Capital Region or Coast Guard Patrol Commander.
