Change in Discount Rate for Water Resources Planning
The Water Resources Planning Act of 1965 and the Water Resources Development Act of 1974 require an annual determination of a discount rate for Federal water resources planning. The discount rate for Federal water resources planning for fiscal year 2015 is 3.375 percent. Discounting is to be used to convert future monetary values to present values.

The Information Collection Request describes the nature of the information collection and its expected cost burden.

The Bureau of Reclamation is proposing to charge and retain fees for overnight camping at Stony Gorge Reservoir. Special Recreation Event authorization fees are also proposed to be retained under this authority.
