This order withdraws 20,982.981 acres of public land from settlement, sale, location, or entry under the public land laws, including location and entry under the United States mining laws, and from leasing under the mineral and geothermal leasing laws; and 800 acres of Federal surface lands from settlement, sale, location, or entry under the public land laws, for 5 years for land management evaluation purposes, subject to valid existing rights. The withdrawn land is located in La Paz and Yuma Counties, Arizona.

In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 and the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972, the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Colorado's Northwest Resource Advisory Council (RAC) and Southwest RAC will meet as follows.

In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Humboldt River Field Office in Winnemucca, Nevada, intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to consider the effects of Solidus LLC's (Solidus) Spring Valley Mine Project (Project) in Pershing County, Nevada. By this notice, the BLM is announcing the beginning of the scoping process to solicit public comments and identify issues.

In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended (FLPMA), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Rock Springs Field Office, Sweetwater County, Wyoming intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to consider the effects of the proposed Jackalope Wind Energy Project and by this notice is announcing the beginning of the scoping process to solicit public comments and identify issues.

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended (FLPMA), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announces the availability of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for Nevada Gold Mines LLC (NGM) Robertson Mine Project in Lander County, Nevada.

This Public Land Order (PLO) withdraws 953.06 acres of public lands from settlement, sale, location, or entry under the general land laws, including from location and entry under the United States mining laws, and 309.56 acres of National Forest System lands from location and entry under the U.S. mining laws, and reserves them for use by the Bureau of Reclamation in connection with the McPhee Dam and Reservoir, for a period of 100 years, subject to valid existing rights.

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended (FLPMA), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service (USDA Forest Service), collectively ``the Agencies,'' have prepared a Draft Resource Management Plan (RMP) and Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Bears Ears National Monument (BENM or Monument), and by this notice are providing information announcing the opening of the comment period on the Draft RMP/EIS and the comment period on proposed areas of critical environmental concern (ACECs) on lands managed by the BLM and proposed recreational shooting closures. The BLM is leading the NEPA process in partnership with the USDA Forest Service, which will sign a decision for the USDA Forest Service-managed lands based on the analysis in the EIS. The Agencies have and will continue to meaningfully engage the Bears Ears Commission in the development of the RMP and EIS, as required by Proclamation 10285.

In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 and the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972, the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Western Montana Resource Advisory Council's (Council) Madison River Corridor Fee Proposals Subcommittee will meet as follows to study the BLM Dillon Field Office's recreation fee proposals for the Madison River Corridor.

The United States Air Force has requested that the Secretary of the Interior extend the withdrawal established by Public Land Order (PLO) No. 7613 for an additional 20-year term. PLO No. 7613 withdrew 40 acres of public lands from settlement, sale, location, or entry under the general land laws, including the United States mining laws, subject to valid existing rights, for a period of 20 years, to protect a runway safe zone at Nellis Air Force Base located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This notice advises the public of an opportunity to comment on the U.S. Air Force application for extension of the withdrawal and to request a public meeting.
