Notice of Intent To Prepare a Resource Management Plan Amendment Environmental Assessment, Recreation Area Management Plan, and Travel Management Plan for Logandale Trails, Clark County, NV
In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Vegas Field Office (LVFO), will prepare a Resource Management Plan Amendment Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed Logandale Trails Special Recreational Management Area, approximately 60 miles northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada, and west of the communities of Logandale and Overton, Nevada. This notice will include a Recreation Area Management Plan and a Travel Management Plan. Publication of this notice initiates the scoping process and opens a 30-day public comment period to solicit public comments and identify issues.
Notice of Application for Withdrawal Extension and Opportunity for Public Meeting, Lemhi Pass National Historic Landmark, Idaho and Montana [IDI-33690/MTM-90527]
The United States Forest Service (USFS) has filed an application with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requesting that the Secretary of the Interior extend the duration of Public Land Order (PLO) No. 7549 for an additional 20-year term. PLO No. 7549 withdrew 1,328.84 acres of National Forest System land from location and entry under the United States mining laws to protect the Lemhi Pass National Historic Landmark. The withdrawal created by PLO No. 7549 will expire on December 26, 2022, unless it is extended. The land will remain open to the general land laws and leasing under the mineral leasing laws. This notice also gives an opportunity for the public to comment and to request a public meeting on the withdrawal extension application.

Notice of Application for Withdrawal and Segregation of Federal Lands; Cook, Lake, and Saint Louis Counties, Minnesota
The United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service (USFS) has filed an application with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requesting the Secretary of the Interior to withdraw, for a 20- year term, approximately 225,378 acres of National Forest System lands in the Rainy River Watershed on the Superior National Forest in northeastern Minnesota, from disposition under the United States mineral and geothermal leasing laws, subject to valid existing rights. This notice segregates the lands for up to two years from operation of the United States mineral and geothermal leasing laws, subject to valid existing rights; provides an opportunity for the public to submit written comments on the withdrawal application; and notifies the public that one or more public meetings will be held regarding the application.

Publication of this notice temporarily segregates the lands for up to two-years and announces to the public an opportunity to comment and request a public meeting on the proposed withdrawal.

The United States Air Force (USAF) has filed an application with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requesting the Secretary of the Interior extend Public Land Order (PLO) No. 7531 for an additional 20-year term. PLO No. 7531 withdrew 1.25 acres of public land from surface entry and mining, but not from mineral leasing laws, for the King Salmon Remediation site and reserved the site for the use by the USAF to protect the King Salmon Remediation Project in King Salmon, Alaska. This Notice advises the public of an opportunity to comment on this application for a withdrawal extension and to request a public meeting.

Minerals Management: Adjustment of Cost Recovery Fees
This final rule updates the fees set forth in the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) mineral resources regulations for the processing of certain minerals program-related actions. It also adjusts certain filing fees for minerals-related documents. These updated fees include those for actions such as lease renewals and mineral patent adjudications.
Filing of Plats of Survey, Nebraska and Wyoming
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is scheduled to file plats of survey 30 calendar days from the date of this publication in the BLM Wyoming State Office, Cheyenne, Wyoming. These surveys, which were executed at the request of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, U.S. Forest Service, and the BLM, are necessary for the management of these lands.
