Renewal of Approved Information Collection; OMB Control No. 1004-0196
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has submitted an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to continue the collection of information from participants in the oil and gas leasing program within the National Petroleum PreserveAlaska (NPRA). The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) previously approved this information collection activity, and assigned it control number 1004-0196.
Notice of Realty Action: Competitive Sale of 17 Parcels of Public Land in Clark County, NV
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing to offer 17 parcels of public land totaling 81.25 acres in the Las Vegas Valley by competitive sale, at not less than the appraised fair market values (FMV) pursuant to the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), as amended. The sale will be subject to the applicable provisions of Section 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA) and BLM land sale regulations.

This PLO extends the duration of the withdrawal created by PLO No. 7260, which would otherwise expire on May 12, 2017, for an additional 20-year period. This extension is necessary to continue to protect the remaining 830.07 acres until the lands can be conveyed to the State of California for inclusion in Red Rock Canyon State Park.

Public Land Order No. 7861; Transfer of Administrative Jurisdiction, Chocolate Mountain Aerial Gunnery Range; California
This order transfers administrative jurisdiction of 225,651 acres, more or less, of public lands from the Secretary of the Interior to the Secretary of the Navy for use as part of the Chocolate Mountain Aerial Gunnery Range (CMAGR) in Imperial and Riverside Counties, California. This transfer of administrative jurisdiction is directed by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014.
