Agency Information Collection Activities: Notice of Office of Management and Budget Approval of Information Collection Requirements
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (Bureau) is announcing Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval of new information collection requirements contained in a final rule published in the Federal Register on July 22, 2020 (85 FR 44382), regarding Payday, Vehicle Title, and Certain High-Cost Installment Loans.
