The Department of Justice (DOJ), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), will submit the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed collection OMB 1140- 0018 (Application for Federal Firearms LicenseATF Form 7 (5310.12)/7 CR (5310.16), is being revised to include modifications to the verbiage used in Part B and the Instructions/Definitions section of the form.
