Under the provisions of Section 3507(a)(1)(D) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for review and approval of the information collection listed below. This proposed information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on April 22, 2015, Vol. 80, No. 77 and allowed 60 days for public comment. One public comment was received. The purpose of this notice is to allow an additional 30 days for public comment. The Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), National Institutes of Health, may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection that has been extended, revised, or implemented on or after October 1, 1995, unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. No. E-553- 2013/0, U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 61/863,071, filed August 7, 2013; International Patent Application PCT/US2013/072344 filed November 27, 2013 entitled ``Transvascular and Transcameral Device Access And Closure,'' to Transmural Systems, LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the State of Massachusetts and having its principle place of business in Andover, Massachusetts. The contemplated exclusive license may be limited to caval-aortic devices for aortic valve replacement.
