The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)/Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) announces the 2023 CDC/ATSDR Tribal Consultation. CDC/ATSDR will host a virtual tribal consultation with American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) Federally Recognized Tribes. The proceedings will be open to the public.
Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations
The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled ``National Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Registry.'' The National ALS Registry collects information from persons with ALS to better describe the prevalence and potential risk factors for ALS.

This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Assessment of Environmental Health and Land Reuse Certification Training. This certification is a joint collaboration between ATSDR and the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) that is designed to increase participant awareness and knowledge, skills and feedback on environmental health and land reuse.
Availability of Six Draft Toxicological Profiles
The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), announces the opening of a docket to obtain comments on drafts of six updated toxicological profiles: Beryllium, Chloromethane, 1,2-Dichloroethane, Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), N-Nitrosodimethylamine, and Chlorodibenzofurans.
