Implementation of the HAVANA Act of 2021
This rule provides implementation by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) of the HAVANA Act of 2021. The Act provides authority for the Secretary of State and other agency heads to provide payments to certain individuals who have incurred qualifying injuries to the brain. This rule covers current and former USAID employees, and dependents of current or former employees.

The Board for International Food and Agricultural Development (BIFAD) (see https://www.usaid.gov/bifad) is hosting a public meeting, A Public Consultation on BIFAD's Plans to Propose a Subcommittee on Minority Serving Institution Engagement and Leadership in USAID's Agricultural, Food Security, and Nutrition Programming. This public meeting will provide a forum for BIFAD to share plans for a proposed BIFAD Subcommittee on MSI Engagement and Leadership. It will assemble expert panelists and invite stakeholders to provide input on the Subcommittee's objectives and membership.
Federal Register Notice: USAID COVID-19 Performance Monitoring
In accordance with the Information Collection Review procedures of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is announcing that it has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval to inform technical approaches to implementing USAID's COVID-19 Implementation Plan. If granted, this approval will be valid for three years from the date of approval.
