Privacy Act of 1974, System of Records
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is issuing public notice of its intent to alter a system of records maintained in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended, entitled ``USAID-33, Phoenix Financial Management System''. This action is necessary to meet the requirements of the Privacy Act to publish in the Federal Register notice of the existence and character of record systems maintained by the agency (5 U.S.C. 522a(e)(4)).
Privacy Act of 1974, System of Records
Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974 (U.S.C. 552a), as amended, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is deleting the AID-29 Deployment Tracking, system of records in its existing inventory.
Senior Executive Service: Membership of Performance Review Board
This notice lists approved candidates who will comprise a standing roster for service on the Agency's 2012 and 2013 SES Performance Review Boards. The Agency will use this roster to select SES board members, and an outside member for the convening SES Performance Review Board each year. The standing roster is as follows:
