The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is issuing public notice of its intent to alter its system of records maintained in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended, entitled ``AID-9Criminal Law Enforcement Records.'' USAID is updating this system to reflect the current administrative status, to add new general routine uses, and to enhance the descriptions of other data elements in order to provide further transparency into USAID's record-keeping practices.
