Tennessee Valley Authority September 24, 2020 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) issues this final rule to implement procedures for the issuance of TVA guidance documents in accordance with Executive Order 13891. This final rule would, among other things, establish internal agency requirements for guidance documents, as well as public engagement procedures surrounding guidance documents.
